Guidelines
Golden Minerals conducts its mineral exploration and mining services
business primarily outside the United States. Like all international
companies with U.S. connections, Golden Minerals is subject to
the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which generally precludes
illegal payments to obtain or retain business or business benefits.
Golden Minerals provides its employees with guidelines regarding
compliance with this law, as part of its compliance efforts.
