The services Golden Minerals may provide include: prefeasibility, feasibility studies and project development strategies; engineering, construction, procurement and business systems. In addition, our management team will provide guidance and assistance in implementing corporate social responsibility practices and environmental permitting.
The Golden Minerals operating team is skilled at new mine development and will provide operating plans, technical team support, expat management, recruitment and training to meet manpower requirements, contract operations management, technical team support and maintenance services.

The Golden Minerals operating team will also provide mining services including plant startup, ramp-up and optimization execution.

Golden Minerals may capitalize on other opportunities to provide management services on a fee basis with an opportunity to earn equity interest in other third-party development projects or operations.
